Business analyst for SaaS implementation, configuration and development projects in Technology Strategy & Architecture

Deloitte Consulting is one of the largest consulting firms in Denmark employing more than 600 consultants. Our service line Technology Strategy & Architecture (TS&A) is currently looking for students for the business analyst position with a strong IT profile who can help us support our clients. Currently, we are looking for two students with strong IT developer profiles, who have special interest in business service management, SaaS/cloud implementation and a good commercial understanding.

In TSA we have built a Vendor Management SaaS solution based on ServiceNow and are growing fast, so come and join this exiting venture that has global potential!

TS&A primarily provides advisory services on:

  • IT strategies
  • IT sourcing strategies
  • IT Vendor/Contract Management
  • IT financial management
  • Cloud and infrastructure transformations
  • IT operating model designs

Your team
TS&A consists of approximately 60 consultants at all levels. You will become part of a dynamic and professional community where client needs, quality of work and your personal and professional development are top priorities. The projects that you are going to support and work on will be among the largest and most exciting projects in local, national and international settings. You will be assigned a talent manager (a more senior colleague) who will guide you on your professional journey in Deloitte.

Your assignments
We offer a student job where you will contribute to project teams in the same way as our full-time consultants. You will assist our consultants in driving their work streams, and you will learn to:

  • Cultivate the next generation of information technology in large organisations
  • Implement new IT architecture and drive cloud transformations
  • Support client’s realization of application roadmaps
  • Work with client stakeholders to conceptualize and assess right-fit solutions for effective service management
  • Implement, configure and customize ServiceNow and similar platforms (e.g. Apptio)
  • Create tools for managing IT vendors and contracts
  • Automate various management processes (IT, HR, GRC, CSM, etc.)

Besides working on client projects, everyone in TS&A are expected to support internal business development work such as developing sales material, gathering knowledge and making presentations on technology trends as well as contributing to other relevant activities that strengthen our service line.

You will receive the necessary training and are expected to become certified in ITIL and ServiceNow within the first month of employment.

Your qualifications
You are currently at least a year into your studies – likely targeting a degree as Computer Specialist (Datamatiker) or AP in IT Technology (IT-teknolog) e.g. from KEA, Software Development or Computer Science from ITU – or similar focus at KU, CBS or DTU. Experience with ServiceNow, Javascript, and database architecture as well as interest in AI (e.g. Watson), RPA and Blockchain is a plus. You are among the best in your class, and you thrive in a fast paced environment that require you to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in parallel.

The position requires that you have a high level of written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
