We want you to apply your excellent skills and experience on Payroll operations, Payroll business partnering, compliance, project management and/or leadership, while working closely with the client organization and colleagues on all levels in Deloitte. We spend a lot of our time "on site" with our clients and thus, your "doer mentality" and ability to interact with other people are key to success.
As consultant, you will have a unique position to influence how we scope and deliver our solutions to the clients, and you will be responsible for driving progress and ensuring high levels of quality on projects and assignments.

We picture that you have 0-2 years of relevant experience from the industry, audit or a similar consultancy position and have a real passion for payroll, compliance and controlling. We prefer if you possess a relevant Bachelor or Master degree or are willing to supply you Bachelor with a HD.
In addition, the desire to obtain expert skills to impact and engage with customers and stakeholders is a great advantage in this position.
We also picture that you are able to take responsibility and can work collaboratively in a team environment and have great analytical skills with an eagerness to convert ideas into solutions. We also picture you have the capability to communicate with customers, are service minded and friendly and that you are able to handle confidential and personal data and deliver quality in a timely manner.
