Our service line Technology Strategy & Architecture (TS&A) is currently looking for a manager with a real passion for IT effectiveness and IT operating model advisory to help us become the preferred IT-strategic advisor for the largest organisations in the Nordics.
Do you want to advise large organisations on their journey to increase enterprise agility?
The TS&A service line primarily provides advisory services in relation to IT strategy, sourcing strategy, IT financial management, cloud and infrastructure transformations as well as IT effectiveness. As a manager in the IT Effectiveness Community in TS&A, you will be responsible for advising C-level executives on large and complex IT transformations and help build their IT operating model of the future. You will play a significant part in developing our community in order for Deloitte to become the preferred enterprise-agile transformation advisor.

Besides being passionate about working agilely and acting as a credible agile advisor, your role will primarily focus on three main activities:
Advising C-suites on agile solutions and frameworks:
- Educating C-level executives and large organisations in agile principles
- Representing our agile practice development, for example by participating as an SME.
Designing agile IT organisations and IT operating models:
- Defining and designing new agile operating models, in addition to assessing current operating models
- Designing organisational governance to support agile approaches.
Assisting clients in executing agile transformations:
- Assisting clients in executing agile principles and agile transformations
- Assisting clients in implementing agile approaches and continuously maturing organisation’s ability to provide extraordinary business value through agile principles.

We picture that you have 5-8 years of experience working with agile organisations, projects and/or programmes. You could have achieved this by either working as a trusted agile advisor or working as project manager/scrum master/product owner in a large organisation. You might have been a pivotal player in establishing agile processes, either as an advisor or by having practical hands-on experience. Your experience with agile methods might come from either the IT side or the business side of an organisation.
You are probably SAFe certified and we expect you to have a thorough understanding of agile delivery principles, such as DevOps, big room planning/PI planning, continuous integration and delivery etc. You also have a firm grasp of portfolio management and strategic planning in an agile environment as well as the challenges associated with this.
You have a relevant master’s degree or equivalent, are fluent in written and spoken Danish – or have the willingness to learn the language – and have a high proficiency in written and spoken English. Aside from the professional qualifications, you are legally permitted to live and work in Denmark.
