Passionate cybersecurity consultants to Deloitte Cyber

We need you whether you are into offensive or defensive IT security. Do you have deep experience or a strong potential? Are you passionate about the cyber agenda and ready to win it? If so, the world’s largest cyber risk entity needs you!

What impact will you make?

Do you want to make a difference while developing your skills in a dynamic and inclusive corporate culture building on co-operation, curiosity and sky-high ambitions? Then Deloitte is the right place for you. We take pride in recognising and unlocking your full potential, offering you an environment of strong professionals in which you can unfold your special interests.

Your team

You will become a member of Denmark's and Scandinavia's largest cyber team, co-operating with colleagues whose main focus is to be among the best in their fields. You will be working at our office in Aarhus or Copenhagen, but most often you will be working at our clients’ premises. If you dream of working internationally, you will have plenty of opportunities to do so. We are experiencing “growing pains” these days and are in the process of preparing for the rapidly changing threat picture, which is best done through new resources. Our ”mindset”? Having a clear understanding of the threats combined with deep insight into how we make our clients' business properly prepared for their specific levels of threat.

At our workplace, we focus on having fun, being inspired and ensuring diversity in terms of staffing and mindset. Testing wild ideas must be an option. We refer to ourselves as ethical hackers, penetration testers, incident reponders and analysts, but we are indeed also cyber strategists, technology experts and IT specialists co-operating across countries with our 6,500+ colleagues around the world.

Your tasks

Your tasks will be selected together with you to ensure that these match your present level of competence, but also challenges you in the direction which we have agreed upon.

Generally, our tasks can be divided as follows;

Strategic – ”sets the direction”

We are the clients’ most important allies in assessing their present maturity within the Cyber area or specific sub-areas such as Identity and Access Management (IAM). The identified maturity will subsequently be used as a starting point in our joint establishment of their overall Cyber vision and strategy or vision and strategy in specific sub-areas such as GDPR. We typically also help our clients transform the vision and strategy into a road map with a clear business focus, clearly defining advantages, business drivers and the services we will be able to provide.

Tactital – ”drives the plan”

When the visions and the strategy are in place, we are typically also our clients’ preferred partner, assisting them in the translation of these into an actual plan and in tearing this plan into executable pieces. Facilitation of design workshops, considerations regarding technology support and facilitation of decision-making processes are a central part of our DNA.

Operational - ”keep the lights on”

When the strategic and tactical lines are drawn, our clients also typically need someone to make the practical implementation happen. This may be either as a sparring partner to the client, in close cooperation with the client or in a set-up in which we offer the solution to the client as a service. We are not afraid of getting our hands dirty through practical implementation of IAM technology, SAP GRC technology, GDPR technology or similar.

Passionate?

Maybe you dream of working within all of these areas but have not yet had the chance to develop your skills in these. If this is the case, please apply for the position anyway and benefit from the opportunity of being part of a company in which education of our employees is essential.

Your career may develop in many directions – always supported by your immediate superior. Whether or not you have an ardent desire to engage in cybersecurity, many years of experience in project management, processes, technology implementation, or a strong gene for business, you are more than welcome to contact us.
