YOUR TEAM

Our IT Architecture team is an important enabler in delivering our clients’ digital transformation agenda. We are a dedicated team of specialists, renowned for our involvement in our clients’ largest and most complex transformation projects, facilitating digitalization and modernization of the IT landscape.

We assist our clients with advisory services within the IT architecture domain, typically in the roles of Enterprise-, Solution- and Integration architect, on large-scale transformation projects. We are now looking for junior professionals with the right skillset, experience and mind-set to join our fast-growing and diverse team.

 

YOUR ASSIGNMENTS

As a junior technical professional, you will play a key role in supporting and carrying out substantial parts of the planning, design and implementation activities, involved in transforming our clients’ IT system landscape. You will build on your technical and advisory foundation, enabling you to tackle larger and more complex assignments, moving from a role as a technical generalist to an architect.

We expect technical experience from large and complex IT implementation or integration projects, and an ability to unite theoretical perspectives with a pragmatic approach. In return, you will get the chance to broaden your skillset and develop further working on complex, high-profile projects across a variety of clients within financial services, the private sector and the public sector.

You are passionate about technology and the potential it brings, and in helping our clients realize their ambitions as a trusted advisor. As part of your role in the IT architecture team, you will primarily be focusing on two main areas:

 

Delivery management

  • Designing and implementing selected parts of architectural blueprints, and assisting in assessing and advising on technology platform alternatives.
  • Participating in solution design for integrations, systems and data models.
  • Participating in end-to-end system integration projects and integration platform transformations.
  • Assisting in modelling and implementing cloud transformation projects.

 

Organisational development

  • Driving the knowledge exchange, initiatives and growth within our team.
  • Developing our IT Architecture community and practices

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for the role, you have documented experience working as an end-to-end solution designer, software developer, integration specialist or in a comparable technical role. You have been deeply involved with designing and implementing complex IT systems or integration projects and you may even have hands-on experience interacting with, migrating or transforming legacy systems. It would be an advantage if you have broad knowledge of enterprise architectural principles, methodologies and key IT architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman etc.) or a thorough understanding of solution architecture design. Preferably, you have working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies or DevOps automation tools and methodologies used to deploy solutions within a cloud platform.

You have been exposed to project management in the field giving you an understanding of project delivery in a complex environment, and you understand the basic principles of both classic and agile project management methods and approaches (such as Prince II, PMP, SCRUM, SAFE etc.).

You are a problem solver by heart, seeking a new opportunity where personal growth, curiosity, the continuous desire to learn and hard work is supported and rewarded. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. You are highly analytical and possess good consulting and communication skills that enable you to identify and highlight the benefits and consequences of architectural decisions and you thrive in a client-facing role.

You have a master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a comparable technical discipline. You are fluent in written and spoken Danish, or have the willingness to learn. You have a high proficiency in English and the right to live and work in Denmark. Furthermore, you are willing to travel, if the needs of our clients require you to do so.
