Agile Transformation is a core proposition to support our clients’ growing requests for help applying agile approaches in business and IT transformations, and the team is growing rapidly. We are a dedicated team of highly experienced agile specialists and we are renowned for our involvement in our large complex agile transformations.
We assist our clients with advisory services within agile portfolio, programme and project management and we tackle a variety of roles, e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer or project or programme manager leading agile transformations.
We are now looking for agile professionals with the right skillset, experience and mindset to join our fast-growing and diverse team.
As a senior professional in Agile Transformation you are responsible for planning, leading, organising and motivating agile project teams to achieve increased performance and quality by delivering an agile transformation that provides exceptional business value to our clients.
We expect a high level of agile knowledge and experience from large, complex, enterprise-level transformations – preferably from scaled agile projects. In return, you will broaden your skillset and develop further working on complex, high-profile projects and programmes across a range of financial services, the private sector and the public sector.
You are passionate about working agile and helping clients achieve their transformations as a trusted advisor. The role is primarily focusing on three main activities.
- Leading large and complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the teams.
- At team level, playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, processes and agile methods and frameworks – and mentoring both Deloitte’s and the clients’ team members as needed.
- Developing and cultivating strong long-term client relationships.
- Playing an active role in identifying sales and developing business development opportunities.
- Contributing to proposals that exceed expectations.
- Business development work, supporting our agile market initiatives and engagement in key accounts.
- Representing our agile practice development, e.g. by participating as a SME at conferences.
- Supporting the development of our talents, e.g. as a mentor.
- Having a deep understanding of Deloitte’s dedication to building an inclusive culture.

To qualify for the role you have +8 years documented experience working with large-scale agile projects or programmes. You could have achieved this from working as a project manager/Scrum Master/Product Owner for a large software company or consultancy firm providing agile services to clients. This could be from leadership roles in the public sector or the industry, where you have been a key player in establishing agile processes, or it could be through hands-on experience with agile projects, e.g. using Scrum, Kanban, Xtreme Programming and agile testing methods.
Documented experience with SAFe is considered an advantage, and we would expect a deep understanding of agile delivery principles, e.g. DevOps, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
You should have a relevant university master’s degree, be fluent in written and spoken Danish or have the willingness to learn Danish, have a high proficiency in English and have the right to live and work in Denmark. Furthermore, you should have the willingness to travel in periods if the needs of our clients require you to do so.
