What does the position entail?
Consultants with 3-6 years of relevant and practical experience within TBM that aim to grow professionally, develop clients and build TBM as professional service area in Deloitte.
You will be a part of Deloitte Consulting’s TBM team, who primarily works with transparency models, management reporting, implementation of tools, processes and organisations, all based on the TBM concept and terminology and the latest tools, including Apptio to support the clients’ transformations.
Main areas of work include:
Determining management requirements in relation to transparency models using the TBM taxonomy.
Planning and execution of projects from preliminary analysis to design and build, and implementation of solutions, including supporting tools. Implementation projects can be both proof-of-concept and concrete operationalisation of existing models.
Facilitating workshops and performing activities within model build, implementation, educating, training and test of the users in the processes and systems.
Project management and coordination of teams consisting of both colleague and client personnel, which place high demands to continuous communication and management of expectations.
Participation in market-related activities, i.e. preparation of proposals, client meetings, events, seminars and recruitment.
What do we expect from you?
We expect you to have:
A relevant master's degree with good results.
3-6 years of experience.
Practical experience with one or more of the following phases: Design, build, maintenance and/or operation of costing models (ABC models, product/service costing, chargeback models etc.).
- Functional knowledge of at least one of the areas:
- IT function: For example the disciplines of infrastructure management, application management and service management.
- IT Finance: For example controlling, reporting, budgeting and consolidation.
The ability to communicate complex financial data in an easy understandable manner, both in writing and oral presentations in English.
Solid experience working with multiple data sources and an interest to work with supporting IT tools.
It will be an advantage to have:
Experience with TBM, IT financial management, project financial management, service costing or similar areas within IT finance.
Experience with Apptio or other tools.
Experience from the consulting industry.
