We are experiencing a growing demand and interest from our clients and we are therefore looking to expand and strengthen our team. To support our continued growth, we are looking for consultants within the area of HR transformation and HR service delivery models at all levels.

In HR transformation, we help businesses identify and implement improvements of their HR function. We also work with HR process design and organisational structures in connection with streamlining and standardising HR processes across locations, searching for opportunities for implementing shared services, outsourcing and centralisation of tasks in order to increase the quality of the HR function and support the business in the best possible way.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for new colleagues at all levels, including consultants (newly graduates as well), senior consultants, managers and senior managers. Depending on the level, your responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on HR strategy and implementation
  • Preparing proposals
  • Undertaking dialogue with potential and existing clients

What do we expect from you?
You have strong analytical skills and are able to acquaint yourself with other people's situation. You are structured, professional and excellent at communicating messages in both oral and written English. You are engaged and make a dedicated effort in everything you do.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

  • A relevant master's degree with top results
  • Relevant experience
  • An interest in consulting.

It will be an advantage if you have:

  • Experience within HR transformation and service delivery models
  • Experience within HR technology strategy and HR process design
  • Experience from the consulting industry.

Focus on your individual development - while being part of the team
As an employee in Deloitte Consulting, a talent manager will be assigned to you, and you will be part of our internal training system - a set-up, which ensures that, independent of seniority, you get the necessary support and method tools to form the basis of your career in Deloitte Consulting.

It is essential to us that our talents develop. Therefore, we have a wide range of training options for developing the skills needed to succeed. We mix both externally accredited training and internal training, e.g. at Deloitte's EMEA University campuses. We combine knowledge across Deloitte's eight North-Western Europe member firms, where we work collaboratively across borders on a daily basis, e.g. on client projects or proposals.

Social environment
We attach high importance to the social environment. If you feel like it, you can run, play squash, taste wines or go to the movies with your colleagues. We spend a lot of time together, and therefore it is important to supplement work and development with social activities and unity.

What does the interview process include?
There are three interviews in total. If you are invited for an interview, you can expect a general intelligence test, a personality test and case interviews. You will also have the opportunity to tell us about yourself and your passion for human capital.

Please send us the following as soon as possible via
