Are you an ambitious student with a heart for human capital? Then apply for a business analyst position at Deloitte Consulting in Copenhagen

A career at Deloitte Consulting
We are dedicated to making an impact that matters - to our clients, our society and our people. Our ambition is to be in a league of our own, and we want to be the best.

The Human Capital practice helps businesses deliver value through people by redesigning organisations, building capabilities and managing change and talent. We support our clients throughout the entire cycle of organisational transformation, starting with initial diagnosis through to successful implementation.

If you are passionate about those areas of work and would like to be part of a large international multi-disciplinary organisation, then a position as a business analyst at Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital practice may be of interest to you. A part-time position with us provides you with valuable experience within consulting and ultimately prepares you for a life as a management consultant.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for talented bachelor's or master's programme students with at least one year of studies left. As a business analyst, you will work on client projects in close collaboration with experienced consultants as well as on internal projects, which may include business development initiatives.

Your tasks will include:

  • Preparation of client material
  • Analyses in collaboration with your team
  • Fact finding and general research
  • General project support.

Whether your line of study is business, human resource management, IT, science or something completely different is not the most important factor. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured and curious personality. At Deloitte Consulting, we are a diverse bunch of people, so we require you to be fluent in English.

In addition, we expect you to have:

  • Top academic results in both your bachelor's and master's
  • A minimum of two years of relevant student experience
  • A flair for communication - oral as well as written
  • A profound management consultant interest
  • An eagerness to make a difference for clients and colleagues.

You will work approximately 20 hours per week and of course, we will adjust your tasks according to your exams.

An integral part of the team
We invest in our business analysts and support them throughout their career. Therefore, you will have a talent manager and you will be part of our internal training system.

We attach high importance to the social environment at Deloitte Consulting. If you feel like it, you can run, play squash or go to the movies with your colleagues. We spend a lot of time with each other, and therefore it is vital to maintain a good working environment.

What does the interview process include?
There are three interviews in total. If you are invited for an interview, you can expect a general intelligence test, a personality test and a case interview. You will also have the opportunity to tell us about yourself and your passion for human capital.

Please send us the following as soon as possible via

  • CV
  • Motivational letter
  • Grade reports from your degrees (bachelor's and master's) and any studies abroad
  • Any other relevant material.

Applications will be assessed continuously. If you have any questions about the position or Deloitte Consulting, you are welcome to contact Andreas Stokholm Bredgaard on +45 28 40 60 12.
