As an Organisation Transformation & Talent consultant, you will support the planning and delivery of major transformative client projects. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams with colleagues from across the world. As a consultant, you will have responsibility for:

  • Carrying out research, data collection and analysis to help determine client needs and lay the foundation for recommendations.
  • Contributing to the development of project plans and taking responsibility for specific components of engagements.
  • Applying rigorous logic and data analysis to ensure that all deliverables are of a high quality.
  • Supporting business development by contributing to new business proposals and presentations and taking role in industry and account teams.
  • Contributing to internal practice development by participating in bid work, developing our methodologies and supporting knowledge sharing.


As a consultant at Deloitte, we expect you to have:

  • Top academic results from both bachelor's degree and master's degree.
